What is Mindfulness?

  • Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. When you’re mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them good or bad. Instead of letting your life pass you by, mindfulness means living in the moment and awakening to experience.

  • I love teaching children to meditate, to relax, to express their feelings and emotions in a healthy way and teaching also parents to embrace who their children truly are, to become more conscious of the connection with this beautiful spiritual being thriving with their own signature.
     I am passionate about helping kids develop their intuition stronger allowing them to remember their own divine light as they create their future while loving their present. 

If we are not fully ourselves, truly in the present moment, we miss everything.
